Spray a non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Sauté meat in skillet until browned.
Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, pimentos and water; cook 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add yogurt, buttermilk, paprika, Tabasco sauce and pepper to make gravy. Serve on wide egg noodles.
