- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup plain unsweetened kefir
- 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
- 2 tablespoons Simple Truth™ Flaxseed Meal
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- Fresh mint, to serve
- In blender, blend together kale, carrots, kefir, spirulina powder, flaxseed, strawberries and banana to desired consistency.
- Serve topped with fresh mint.
